Principles of Peaceful Parenting - learning the skills that will benefit you and all family members endlessly!
Date: Friday 13th April 7.30 - 9.30pm

Peaceful Parenting Skills and Self-Healing - Moving from surviving to thriving. An approach that increases cooperation, effective communication, mutual problem solving, bonding and peace to all family members. The workshop is offered as a day to learn communication skills that can improve all relationships in the family, as well as self-regulating techniques to help restore calm and clarity during the most challenging moments. The atmostphere will be relaxed, there will be time to share with other participants, time to explore and bring positive change to the deeply engrained patterns of thinking and feeling that tend to increase stress and diminish connection. The workshop is intended to help parents return to more peace and clarity within themselves and with some of the tough patterns of relating in the family.
